Are you non-Kuwaiti or Kuwaitis and don’t know how to deliver paci civil id? You need not worry about that. We are here to guide you step by step to request civil id delivery.
You may use а public service PACI Kuwait Civil ID home delivery link to go directly to this service instead of other sites because they have launched a new home delivery service. Schedule in advance to get your civil id.
Step 1: Visit PACI’s official site and click on the top corner to change Arabic into English. Then read all instructions that are given below:
Step 2: It is mandatory to accept and read all instructions carefully. Now click to accept the terms and conditions of the delivery company.
Step 3: Having an old civil ID, click on the rectangle that shows Old civil ID card is available. However, if you don’t have an old identification card available, check the rectangle that shows the Old Civil Id card is not available.
Step 4: You should now enter your civil ID card number and serial number in this box. Your serial number is given at the backside of your civil id.
Step 5: Enter your contact information like name, card or home address, delivery time, contact number, email address, and preferred country. If you want to enter a manual address, you can also do this. Select the third option and then write your details.
Step 6: While writing for your delivery address, you will see three options:
- “Use card address.”
- “Use another PACI address.”
- “Enter address manually.”
Choose the option that suits you the best and fill in the information as shown below:
Step 7: Now confirm the delivery information you put into getting your civil id. Like if you enter your residential address, then go through it carefully.
Step 8: After confirming the delivery information, you will be redirected to the payment page, and once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation receipt; please save the receipt carefully either by printing or saving it as a pdf.
Things to know:
- After raising the delivery service request, they will communicate with you on the phone number through the company’s call center.
- You will cancel the existing delivery request for your ID card once you submit any other change request.
- Delivery applications are putative only for civil cards that meet the delivery service criteria.
