Qatar Visa Types
There are several types of visas available to you, depending on the purpose of your visit, as Qatar is the fastest-growing economy in the Gulf.
Qatar Business Visa
The tourist visa is only available to those employed by Qatar Airways and is the only type of visa that business people can obtain.
- There might be an extension of 72 hours available at the airport. Business visas are usually required if you are going abroad for a short period.
- Expats and contract workers can apply for a visa through an institution or company that the Qatari government approves.

Qatar Family Visa

Family Visit Visas
Family members of Qatari residents are entitled to a one-month visa. The visa is valid for one month. After arrival, the first 72 hours are subject to a physical inspection and an extension request. Extending the visa for six months for immediate family members is possible. There is a fee of QR200 for a visa, while QR50 is charged for dependents.

A one-month renewable visa is available for Qatari residents who are employed as drivers and servants by residents of GCC states.
